Shipping Policy

We can only accept street addresses (No P.O. Box) for delivery of merchandise. We use UPS as our domestic carrier. Your credit card will be charged when the order ships. Once the order leaves our location, UPS delivery time within the US usually ranges from 7-10 days. Shipping is included in the final price.

Return Policy

At Captured Visions, we work hard to provide you with the highest quality shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order from Captured Visions, you may return it within 15 days of receipt and receive a refund. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping fees. Also, you must pay your return shipping costs. The merchandise must be in good condition and properly packed in order to receive the refund. For your protection, we recommend you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment of returns. Refunds cannot be processed for items that are returned in poor condition. In the rare occurrence that an error was made on the order, just notify Captured Visions Customer Service within 5 days of receiving the package and we will arrange for a replacement shipment as soon as possible.
