WOMAN #177
Wonder Woman has been around for generations as the
iconic female warroir hero. Lynda Carter portrayed
her on TV in the 1970s in a show that was slightly
less campy than the BATMAN series of the
1960s. Created in 1940 by William Moulton Marston,
Wonder Woman has endured to this day virtually the
same, despite an unsuccessful makeover in the '60s.
Her trademark magic lasso, bullet-proof wrist bands
and invisible airplane are tools she employs in her
crime fighting adventures. From Wonder Woman #177,
here is a beautiful splash page portraying WW as she
deflects few pesky bullets. The cover is by the legendary
Adam Hughes.
